To do this, we have formed a team committed to good work that will guide you through the different flavors of the Mediterranean culinary tradition, always taking care of even the smallest detail and trying to make your visit a welcoming and pleasant experience.
From the hand of our Chef Jordi Martínez, we suggest you start with some classic tapas, such as our bravas with smoked aioli or our fried eggs with Iberian ham and truffled sprig egg, accompanied by others with more modern touches such as the Foie mousse bonbons my cuit and cherry jelly and campari or the Tapioca cubes with chili sauce and honey, that will make you start to experience our cuisine of contrasts.
As main dishes you cannot miss our charcoal rice menu or our selection of meats cooked with care at low temperature and grilled finished with oak charcoal such as lamb's back on creamy Turkish plums and figs, or duck magret on cake, raisin chutney, pumpkin and red berries.
Our pastry team has also prepared the perfect ending for this trip through the flavors of Catalan gastronomy. Leave a final gap for a white chocolate and almond praline coulant, or a Catalan cream timbale with “sucre cremat” and mango emulsion.
